Our Monthly Female Fitness Brunch started in Peterborough back in 2019 and quickly became very popular. We have on average 20 ladies attending every month.
When the pandemic hit, we immediately took the brunch sessions online, which opened up the events to women all over the country!
What is a Fitness Brunch all about?
This fun-packed, unique event is great for ladies at any stage of their fitness journey.
Every month we address issues specific to women's health and well-being in the form of a fun workshop, followed by a discussion with the professional guest host.
Everyone also receives a goody bag full of healthy snacks & treats, exclusive TMacLife discounts, plus a customized brunch workout menu.
What's great is that the Fitness Brunch is now ONLINE! So you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, whilst you await your goody bag through the post!
