Nutritional Guidance: - A Bespoke 28-day Meal Plan - A breakdown of protein, carbs, and fats, and water intake - Tailored TMacLife recipes created for your nutrition plan - A shopping list - A portion control guide - Recommendations on supplements (where necessary) Three Session delivery options: 1. Online sessions via zoom 2. Face to Face 121 sessions @ Elements Gym, Werrington, Peterborough 3.
