The team behind your comeback.
Physiotherapists, rehab specialists and recovery experts, led by Clinical Director Tola Macaulay, under one roof at Old Station Quarter.
We support active individuals, athletes, women, sports teams and local communities with a structured approach to movement, pain, performance and long-term recovery.
Every client starts with understanding. We look at how you move, where the problem is coming from, what your body needs, and what your goal really is whether that is getting out of pain, returning to sport, improving performance, or staying injury-free through the season.
At TMacLife, rehab is not random. Recovery is not an afterthought. Performance is not only for elite athletes.
It is a complete system designed to help you move better, recover faster and return stronger.

Our Story
TMacLife started as a sports physiotherapy clinic in Hampton Vale with a simple frustration: too many people were being handed generic exercise sheets and told to “rest it and see.”
Ten years of working with athletes, teams and everyday movers taught us that good rehab starts with good answers. So we built a clinic around finding them, movement analysis, strength testing, blood work and hands-on treatment, all feeding one clear plan.
In 2026 we moved into our purpose-built studio at Old Station Quarter, Peterborough, and brought everything together as TMacLife 2.0: one team, one system, one place to go from injured to performing again.

What We Value
Care That Starts With Assessment and Builds Towards Lasting Confidence
At TMacLife, we value care that is clear, structured, and built around the individual. Every client comes with a different body, story, goal, and recovery journey, which is why we take time to assess properly before creating a plan. Our work is guided by clinical reasoning, honest communication, and a commitment to helping people move with confidence again.
We believe recovery is not just about reducing pain: it is about rebuilding trust in your body, improving movement, and creating long-term resilience. Through our multidisciplinary approach, we combine rehabilitation, performance support, recovery therapy, orthotics, and wellbeing care to support the whole person, not just the injury.

01
Assessment First
We don’t guess. We assess. Every client journey begins with understanding the root cause, not just treating the visible symptoms.
02
Personalised Care
Every body, injury, and goal is different. We create treatment and recovery plans around the individual, not a fixed template.
03
Performance Mindset
We help clients move better, build strength, restore confidence, and return to daily life, training, or sport with purpose.
04
Whole-Person Support
Recovery is physical, mental, and emotional. We support the person behind the injury through care, confidence, and wellbeing.
05
Long-Term Results
Our focus is not temporary relief. We aim to build resilience, better movement habits, and sustainable recovery outcomes.
06
Collaborative Expertise
Our multidisciplinary team works together across rehab, recovery, orthotics, performance, and wellbeing to deliver joined-up care.

Debbie Rycraft
Debbie is our Orthotics Specialist and clinical partner through DRC Orthotics, bringing years of lower-limb, gait and foot posture expertise into the clinic. From footwear advice to fully bespoke orthotics, she helps clients with foot, ankle, knee and hip pain move well again, and works hand in hand with the therapy team so orthotics support your wider plan.

Front of House Lead
Ann
Ann is our Front of House Lead and the first warm welcome you will get at the clinic. She keeps the diary, the Refuel Station and the day-to-day running smoothly, and leads our brand outreach, building the partnerships that keep the station stocked. From booking help to a friendly face on a tough rehab day, Ann is exactly the person you want to see first.

Associate Systemic Psychotherapist
Shakira Nkanang
Shakira is our Associate Systemic Psychotherapist, offering a supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing, relationships, family dynamics and life challenges. She brings the mental side of injury and returning to sport into the heart of the clinic, helping clients understand patterns, communication and the systems around them as part of whole-person care.

Senior Performance Therapist
Angie Solarska
Angie is our Senior Performance Therapist and clinical lead across late clinics, guiding clients through treatment, rehab and recovery with calm, experienced hands. She also delivers our performance blood testing service, turning results into practical recovery plans, and is known for spotting the detail other people miss, on the couch and in the data alike.

Clinical Support
Archa Reji
Archa is part of our clinical support team, delivering sports massage and assisting across treatment, rehab and our blood testing service. She helps clients ease muscle tension, recover between training blocks and prepare well for competition, and supports the recovery suite and Refuel Station so every session ends with you feeling better than you arrived.

Clinical Support
Shaiza Hassan
Shaiza is part of our clinical support team, working across sports massage, blood testing support and the day-to-day running of the recovery suite. Molly Rickards
Molly is one of our Rehab Assistants, supporting clients through exercise programmes on the gym floor and keeping sessions moving with energy and encouragement. She is a key part of the recovery suite experience, from compression boots to the Refuel Station, and helps make sure every visit runs smoothly from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
