Peterborough’s Assessment-Led Performance Clinic
TMacLife is a modern sports injury, rehab and recovery clinic built for people who want more than a quick treatment session.
We support active individuals, athletes, women, sports teams and local communities with a structured approach to movement, pain, performance and long-term recovery.
Every client starts with understanding. We look at how you move, where the problem is coming from, what your body needs, and what your goal really is whether that is getting out of pain, returning to sport, improving performance, or staying injury-free through the season.
At TMacLife, rehab is not random. Recovery is not an afterthought. Performance is not only for elite athletes.
It is a complete system designed to help you move better, recover faster and return stronger.

Our Story
TMacLife was built from one clear belief: recovery should never be based on guesswork. Led by Clinical Director Tola Macaulay, we have grown into a performance-focused sports injury, rehabilitation, and recovery clinic that helps people move better, recover stronger, and return to life, sport, and activity with confidence.
Our approach is simple: We don’t guess. We assess.
Through our 4R System: Reset, Rebuild, Recover, Return. Our multidisciplinary team combines assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, recovery, performance support, orthotics, and wellbeing care to support the whole person, not just the injury.

What We Value
Care That Starts With Assessment and Builds Towards Lasting Confidence
At TMacLife, we value care that is clear, structured, and built around the individual. Every client comes with a different body, story, goal, and recovery journey, which is why we take time to assess properly before creating a plan. Our work is guided by clinical reasoning, honest communication, and a commitment to helping people move with confidence again.
We believe recovery is not just about reducing pain: it is about rebuilding trust in your body, improving movement, and creating long-term resilience. Through our multidisciplinary approach, we combine rehabilitation, performance support, recovery therapy, orthotics, and wellbeing care to support the whole person, not just the injury.

01
Assessment First
We don’t guess. We assess. Every client journey begins with understanding the root cause, not just treating the visible symptoms.
02
Personalised Care
Every body, injury, and goal is different. We create treatment and recovery plans around the individual, not a fixed template.
03
Performance Mindset
We help clients move better, build strength, restore confidence, and return to daily life, training, or sport with purpose.
04
Whole-Person Support
Recovery is physical, mental, and emotional. We support the person behind the injury through care, confidence, and wellbeing.
05
Long-Term Results
Our focus is not temporary relief. We aim to build resilience, better movement habits, and sustainable recovery outcomes.
06
Collaborative Expertise
Our multidisciplinary team works together across rehab, recovery, orthotics, performance, and wellbeing to deliver joined-up care.
