Your therapist will take time to understand:

Every athlete and everyday mover is unique — this assessment tells us where imbalances, weaknesses, or compensations may be contributing to your pain.

3. Orthopaedic & Clinical Testing

If needed, we’ll carry out specific injury tests to identify the exact structure causing the problem.

These may include:

  • Palpation and joint tests

  • Ligament, tendon, or muscle assessments

  • Neurological checks (where relevant)

  • Special movement tests to pinpoint the injury

This step ensures your diagnosis is accurate and your plan is targeted.

We’ll break down everything we’ve found in a way that makes sense — no jargon.

You’ll learn:
